Revive Paint Co. is a brother-owned painting and exterior services business operating in the Tucson, Arizona area. We are licensed and insured in Arizona under ROC 365416.

2. The Site is informational

The Site provides information about our services and a way to request a free estimate. The content on the Site — including service descriptions, photos, and pricing examples — is for general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer or contract. A binding agreement is created only after we provide a written estimate that you accept in writing (paper or email).

3. Estimates

Estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
Site conditions discovered during the walkthrough or during the work (e.g., hidden damage, lead paint, structural issues) may change the scope and price. We'll tell you before doing the extra work.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Communications

By submitting our contact form or texting or calling the phone numbers listed on the Site, you agree that we may reply by phone call, SMS text message, WhatsApp, or email to discuss your project. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us by phone or email.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or third-party information through the contact form.
Use the Site to send spam, run automated scrapes, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Copy, republish, or reuse Site content (photos, copy, before/after images) without our written permission.
Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its backend.

6. Intellectual property

The Revive Paint Co. name, logo, copy, and project photography are owned by Revive Paint Co. or used with permission. You may share links to pages on the Site freely. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Reviews and testimonials

Testimonials shown on the Site reflect real client feedback. Individual experiences vary based on project type, materials chosen, and site conditions. Reviews on third-party platforms (such as Google) are owned by their authors and governed by those platforms' terms.

8. No warranties from the Site

The Site is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Warranties on actual painting and construction work, when applicable, are specified in the written estimate or contract for that project — not on this Site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Arizona law, Revive Paint Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
